To be admitted for an IT-related diploma course in Kenya, you need at least a C minus in KCSE. Note that a certificate in the same course will also earn you a spot.
Requirements for degree courses
To study IT at the university level in Kenya, you need at least a C+ in KCSE. You also have to have scored at least C plain in mathematics with the same score in English/Kiswahili.
In most institutions, these requirements will be waived if you have a diploma in related courses.
