Diploma in Kenya registered community health nursing

  • KCSE mean grade of C plain or above.
  • Biology: C (Plain) and above
  • English or Kiswahili: C (Plain) and above
  • Mathematics or Physics or Chemistry: C- (Minus) and above

The course takes three years to complete. Each year has two semesters.

Diploma in Clinical Medicine and Surgery

  • KCSE mean grade of C plain or above.
  • Biology: C(Plain) and above
  • English or Kiswahili: C(Plain)and above
  • Mathematics or Physics: C-(Minus ) and above
  • Chemistry: C-(Minus ) and above

Just like nursing, the course takes three years to complete.

Diploma in health records and information technology

The course requires a kcse mean grade of C minus and takes two years to complete.

Diploma in Peri-Operative Theatre Technology

NMTC is a leading perioperative theatre technology trainer at both diploma and certificate levels. However, there are other colleges offering diploma and certificate courses in perioperative theatre technology in Kenya.

At the college, the course requires a KCSE mean of C minus and takes two years to complete.

Diploma in counseling psychology

The course requires a mean grade of C minus and takes two years to complete.

Other diploma courses require a minimum score of C minus

Nyahururu Medical Training College fees structure differs between certificate and diploma courses. The is payable per semester and each academic year has two semesters.

  1. Diploma courses – KSH 55, 000 per semester.
  2. Certificate courses – KSH 50, 000 per semester.
  3. Craft courses – KSH 35, 000 per semester.

Note that you will also be required to pay examination fees.
