After four years of training, you will be required to register with the Teachers Service Commission (TSC) a body dedicated to registering and employing teachers in Kenya

Admission Requirements for Bachelor of Education science in Kenya
To secure a direct entry for the course, you need to meet the following requirements. These are also the KCSE qualification requirements set by the Teachers Service Commission.
- At least C plus in KCSE.
- C plus or above in two teaching subjects.

Pursuing teaching after completing another degree
If you enroll in another course, you can still become a teacher after graduation. You can do this by pursuing a post-graduate diploma in education. However, TSC does not accept all courses.
For example, if you hold a degree in Biochemistry and then enroll for a post-graduate diploma in education (Biology/chemistry). TSC will not register you.
