The following are the qualifications for the Diploma in Law in Kenya as provided by the Council of Legal Education and the Kenya School of Law.

  1. A mean grade of C(plain) in the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (K.C.S.E) examination or its equivalent with at least C(plus) in English or Kiswahili.
  2. At least one principal pass at the Kenya Advanced Certificate of Education (K.A.C.E) examination.
  3. A pass in a certificate of law course offered at an accredited legal education provider.
  4. A certificate of experiential learning issued by the Council of Legal Education.

You can enroll for a law course at the diploma level in any of the following institutions.

  4. Catholic University of East Africa Faculty of Law.

Diploma in Law Univerisity of Nairobi

Currently, the University of Nairobi is not offering Law at the diploma level.
