Requirements for nursing in KMTC
- Certificate – At least C minus in KCSE with the same grade in English/Kiswahili, in Biology, and D plus in either mathematics, chemistry or physics.
- Diploma – At least C plain in KCSE with C plain in English/Kiswahili, Biology, and C minus in either Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry
- Higher Diploma – A diploma or degree in nursing, registered with the Nursing Council of Kenya (NCK), and one year of work experience post NCK registration.
Courses duration
Certificate, diploma, and higher diploma take 2 years, 3 years, and 2 years respectively.
