To get a slot for the course you need to have an aggregate grade of C minus in KCSE. There are no subject requirements for the courses.

Diploma in building and construction coursework/units/modules

The following are all course units covered in the course and examined by The Kenya National Examination Council (KNEC). The program has three modules each taking a year to complete.

Each module has between 8 – 12 units. If you fail three modules, you will be required to repeat all units in the module before taking another module.

i.e. if you fail three units in module 1, you will be required to retake all units and pass before proceeding to module 2.
